Manufrance Robust integral sling catch

Dear All,
Happy new year. I have a S/S 12g Manufrance Robust. It has the integral sprung loaded leather sling in the butt stock. I have lost the little metal catch that fits on the end of the sling that sits flush in the rear of the stock. If any one has one similar that I would be able to get a picture of with dimensions to recreate I would be very grateful! Even better would be if anyone knows of a scrapper of this model that I could purchase with the catch to put on my gun.
Kind regards, Ben

Been through the rat's nest and success.

Here's the sling I have managed to find. Leather is reasonable for something that came from a gun made...mine...in 1928! That said I wouldn't rely on it for a heavy tramp up hill and down dale using it. Good for a show and a show and tell I'd say. I can do further pictures if you want.

I have a 16 bore 28E that is presently in Holt's Sale of Unsold Lots from Sealed Bid Sale. Bore is pitted and, alas, the gun doesn't self-open as does the 12 bore 28E that I have kept. Note that the 16 bore has neither sling nor under barrel lug for said sling...which is why the sling was in the rat's nest.

That is it, you are amazing! The gun I have was the first shotgun I brought when I was 15. It is in Ok condition, used and abused, the self opening mechanism works fine but has a lot of sentimental value. I used the sling function all the time when rough/walked up/squirrel shooting until the catch came off. Will PM you further. Yours, Ben

Here's mine which I removed the sling and etc. from as when the butt was extended it was too butt heavy. Top is the 16 bore that was in Holt's. Bottom is the 12 bore that is with me. Both are 65mm chambers unlike the OPs more recent made gun.
