just fired up the mincer for the first time in a while

dont really have one.

- about this much roe minced: [hold hands into size of large turnip/small football]
- packet of cheap bacon(lots of fat), mince that up as well, couldn't find any pork belly or I would have used that, proabably could have taken a bit more to be honest. needs a bit of fat IMO
- couple of stale bread rolls crumbled up and dried out in the oven, pulverised into powdery breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- finely chopped parsley, thought about coriander, might try that next time
- a smidgin of chilli powder, cumin and paprika.

I always fry a sample of any burgers, sausages etc before freezing, means you can add before you freeze instead of after you cook.
