Can members wives or partners join that live in same dwelling, mine tries gets notification and confirmed user name, writes war and peace ( am told) as introduction, then on trying to sign in, user name not found. Help please?

Sorry do not understand am personally not doing anything it is my wife who is trying to join for her own personal reasons not known to myself and is finding difficulty in doing so, how does that effect me or in turn her as a individual in her own right, have we got our wires crossed, sorry but it does not make sense that she is been discriminated against as a woman who enjoys her stalking. Please advise as I do not understand nor does she, I am not her.
