I had best get some load development done if I am going to consider this. I've had a new .338 barrel spun up. New cal to me so a pretty steep learning curve.

Use 250’s - 300 class kills the lap mag

Ja, true, but also good to be in a position you are competitive and not ****ed that there was no prior preparation and practice

I shot there last year with my 300WM. Just an ad hoc day. There’s more to shooting at that place than just the right cal. But of course it helps.
