I don’t think they do home visits at the moment. My certificate is up for renewal October and I will not let anyone in unless they have a warrant as my wife has health issues.

For contacting the "Chief Officer of Police" about change of address is it alright t just use the email provided printed on the FAC?

Aye that's just what I did and also my new areas email address. Had my visit yesterday and everything went grand.
