So a lb of Tim,s finest ( Vss) ,a lb of Telford pork ,some local butchers black pud ,mushrooms.
Mixed to there n back with sea salt n black pepper ( Posh ,me).
A splash of J. Smith,s bitter and a new jacket of shortcrust pastry .
Hour n half in the oven then add some Tiddly tatas n peas n carrots
