My dad made me a set of stalking sticks from wood that happened to come from my old school. Having tested them out yesterday the groups I can achieve at 100 yards are now much better - still room for improvement but all within the 4 inch kill zone
He has inset rare earth magnets in the legs so they hold together
There is a bolt with a butterfly nut on to lock the sticks in place, he has also drilled the bolt and put a split pin in to prevent the butterfly nut falling off whilst out in the field
The groups I shot yesterday at 100 yards standing are a marked improvement on my last attempts
