I decided to start processing the deer we cull as it was getting harder and harder to get offload them. Here are a few pictures of different stages. It’s nearly finished I’ve just got to paint the floor and finish the electrics.

Ive registered as a food business and had the first visit to check the chiller and all paperwork. Thats all in order, its just finding time now to get the rest done
