I purchased one of these before Christmas as I have said in a previous post. Now after sharpening every knife in the house I could find, I thought I would share some feedback.
I can and have used wet stones in the past, but they are a bit of a faff. The worksharp is quick and easy to use and well made. When combined with
@Peter Eaton 'S stropping board, knives are transformed to a different level of sharpness.
If you are in doubt about these two products take the plunge and buy them you won't regret it.
