G’day, I’m new to deer stalking, trying my hand at it here in Gippsland, Australia. I’ve been out a few times and found plenty of Sambar sign but no luck as yet!
I grew up shooting bunnies and foxes with a 22 and 12ga, so getting into centerfires has been fun. I’ve got a 22 and 12 ga, 222, 308, 30-06 and a 9.3x62. Probably sell the 30-06 now I’ve got the 9.3x62.
I like blued steel and wood stocks, with a real love for the Stutzen style.
