NIGHT FORCE NXS Help

HI all

Im just looking to see if anyone has experience with the night force NXS scopes, and or can give me some advice.
My father has one as well as me and he fell into the foxing seat and hit the scope hard , subsequently when he re zeroed it was out, when trying to correct it he has run out off clicks to the left to bring it to zero so it shoots 2 inch to the right.
Can anyone offer any advice as to anything I can try? do they have a factory re set ?

I suspect the mounts are the problem, if not, send it in.

Sounds like the above. The mounts may have taken a knock. If there is no visible damage to the scope. Take it out stick it on another rifle different mounts and run through maximum elevation and windage each way a few times. Bore sight and then zero in the new mounts.

Never a good idea to be at the end of windage or elevation travel anyway.
