And here is the problem with this site. OP puts exactly what it is and is very clear and then suddenly becomes a pile on for comments. Do not like the post? Its not for you? Move on then. Someone will like and it will be for someone. Maybe they just want the experience or get a foot in the door or.. imagine this..just for the love of it. Who knows? Some of the experienced guys seem to forget how hard it is for those starting out or even those just trying to stay in it.
