Jeezo - the boy is looking for someone to fill a job and has requirements. The FAC might just be a way of weeding out people to some degree as it’s the sort of thing someone with any sort of useful experience should really have.
Do people not have better things to do with their time than pick holes and fights on every single post?
As a total aside I understand that FLS stipulate a minimum wage for contractor ‘assistants’ and you aren’t allowed volunteers but they encourage their rangers to draft in volunteers to help fill the ‘not on your own’ aspect of night work - not sure if it’s true but sounds plausible.
