Norma Brass Cases Primer Pocket Extremely Tight

I have recently prepared 100 Norma 7mm Rem Mag cases. FL resized, flash hole reconditioned, and primer pocket conditioned.

However, when I came to prime the cases, I needed two hands to insert the Federal primers with my RCBS hand primer.
Furthermore, despite rotating the case 180 degrees and giving it another squeeze, some of the primers were still going in cock eyed.

Has anybody else had this issue with Norma cases? I never had a problem with RWS cases.

What do you mean by primer conditioned? Something obviously reduced size of lip or whole of primer pocket.

I use a primer pocket cutter in my Forster trimmer

Or a primer pocket swager in the press

I am now re-seating the primers on the Redding Ultramag to get them sub-flush, and even that requires some oomph.

I will be sticking to RWS in future
