Notifications alert allowed but doesn't happen

Hi Jayb need help ,S.d notification has permission on my apps settings in phone but none come through.
Every time I log on a notification says S.d wants to send notifications and I click allow Every time but nothing happens.
I'm now confused and can't find what is stopping them ??

What phone, operating system and browser are we talking about?

Android on a Samsung s10 ,used to get them then just stopped and permission is allowed in the app settings?
