Odd old German 'scope for a Sako??

I have been looking for an older German 'scope to fit on to my older German .22 rifle with 11mm grooved receiver, so I bought one from a friend.

On closer inspection at home I find that I have a Hensoldt of Wetzlar 4 x 32 Diasta, 26mm diameter steel tube, made in Germany (not West Germany). It has mounts to fit a grooved receiver, and the rear one is 11mm with a recoil lug but the front mount is 17mm! A closer look shows that the mounts are stamped SAKO, so I wonder if it was made for a particular Sako model back in the 1960s?

Are there any greybeards out there who might know what I have, please?

I have seen, and owned (two) German made 'scopes marked up as "Unique" for the French gun manufacturer Unique. These 'scopes were for the .22LR rifles that Unique made (mine was a X-51bis) but they also made bolt action target and sporting .22LR rifles. Plus of course at their Hendaye factory pistols. It is just as in the UK another once well known and larger scale French maker that is no longer in business. So it is very much possible that German 'scopes could have been badge engineered as SAKO or some other name.
