I eat liver and heart regularly, I dont like kidney, the fact that it is a **** filter kind of puts me off, wouldnt try a brain but I do fancy trying to make my own Haggis out the heart liver and lungs.
i like heart liver kidney in a pie along with some nice cubed venison i also love the liver as a pate with a homemade garlic bread.i havnt tried tongue although i have been thinking of giving it a go as i like ox tongue so i am interested not bothered about the brain but i did grow up eating brawn which was very nice,wayne
