Well I picked it up, and luckily I knew what you were talking about. Alex is aware and he will deal with it, I realise it is important to you but he does have a job and a life to lead as well as sorting the IT on here. I have spoken to him and apparently it is not just a matter of pressing a key or two, it seems that the original account has to be stopped and a new one set up which involves a bit of faffing about, have patience.
