Opportunity for a young gun to have a go at fox shooting & calling followed up by a roe doe in the morning. Obviously near Stirling and everything supplied of course.
All i ask is insurance and a will to have fun?

A Cracking offer RED-DOT a good chance for someone to get a bit of practice in, If only I could totally trust others to not try and poach or try and steal my permissions again then I would do the same but as the old saying goes Once Bitten Twice Shy.

well done r/d ,,,doug,

Top offer well done. Going by your posts Red Dot someone is in for a cracking day out with plenty of crack. I am surprised there are not more posts like this. I have no permissions of my own at the minute but when I did I was always looking for someone to come along. As I work offshore it wasn't always easy to find someone during the week so usually ended up going on my own.
Or maybe no one likes me........................

All the best.

Had many teenagers out and they are all hooked and all beating now and had a go at the fox work. One took a fox cleanly at 150y and he now has his own .222.

Did you ever find anyone ?

I never mentioned it to the lad I know because I couldn`t get any details about it.

Just home from lamping a large estate near Stirling but the only fox we seen was very lamp shy. We went back an hour later and it was back out but again it slinked back over a burn into cover.
The young shot (Peter) didn't get a shot but he is keen and came beating on the last shoot of the season where i gave him a good stand but nothing hit after seven shots but smiles all round.

Well done RD. If no one had started off our shooting lives with the generosity of an offer how many would be shooting now?

Had a young chap out this morning 06.30am and had him well hidden under a fence covered in river flotsam. 07.00am four Roe jumped over the fence ten feet to his left and a hasty shot failed to contact. Not a happy chap but the big hook was set and he never stopped smiling on the drive home.
This can be offered again this week if you know of a learner needing a try?
