Otto's First find

One year on and Otto has started work! This is his first real find and he was spot on! This little buck walked right up to the seat then ran off barking He did make the mistake of coming out further down the wood barking and stammping The 6 1/2 in the boiler room then wait to make sure the dog would be steady. 10 minutes later walked to the strike point with the dog on the tracking lead and he was very enthusiastic and took me straight to the buck who ran in a large circle. Only 60 meters but I am very happy with his progress. he does still need lots more work though

did you have him under the high seat with or you not that brave yet ?

He was sat under the seat, I think thats what spooked the buck. There is still a long way to go before he can match my old dog but he is getting there!
