My normal system, but the miss stuff had been in the motor parked up for a good hour.More likely to be scope than ammo. Keep your ammo in your pocket until you load your rifle. Keep 5 spares in pocket as well.

I dont wait minutes, I drop one in when it's dead cold, but mistakenly / brain fart, this time I had a mag full.
Just had the rifle set up on the bog grip all tightened up in saddle bore sighted a tiny flame in the hurricane lamp at the back of the garage, from the front of the house ... reticle exactly where it was when zeroed last time, I have one idea left, Had a peep down the Ase Utra ... very flaky looking in there, perhaps a strike?, or a fall of carbon? ... will clean the mod before going up to the farm after lunch, looks to be a break in the H20.

Great job SD. Don’t you just love the triple deuce!I'm giving up on the current baiting station. It's to random.
I gave it until ten tonight and then drove to another farm that I noticed this afternoon had a dead ewe on its back and guess what....two foxes were on it! I don't know why but the big bruiser ran off. How it knew I was there I had no idea but the other dog was on top of the ewe tearing away at the abdomen, in fact as I aimed it fell off backwards it was pulling so hard but immediately climbed back on. Nice clean 130 yarder.

I nipped around the wood to try and head of the other when I happened on what I think was a third animal as it was a smallish vixen, simple 100 yard shot. I totally ignored the wind for this shot knowing it wouldn't trouble the 222.

No worries Smelly. I had tried 52gns Vmax but they wouldn’t stabilise whereas Sierra 55s shoot really well. It's Sierra 1410 I think without checking. Lol they were in a plastic bag with scribble on them.

Just thought the exit looked Vmaxish and that maybe you had undergone therapy for your aversion to them….

PS. Took delivery of a heated gilet today….XL size and it’s 200 mil short of coming together at the front.
Said wifey could have it and she tried it on and it won’t closed on her and she’s slim ish!
Got a skinny Granddaughter that will love it.
Tried to buy a different brand at more than twice the price and ran out of patience trying to pay, by PayPal and debit card.
Will manage without now.
My deer hunter one arrived today - gave up on the cheap eBay / Amazon ones as the fit was crsp. I’m 5’11” and 75kg . Large is ok but I’d not want any smaller.I don’t move around too much at the farm so usually put my fishing umbrella up, keeps some of the cold off too.

Think I bought mine from ‘ Light in the Box’ and there’s no name label in it, just a tag saying XXL Made in …. You know where. My deer hunter one arrived today - gave up on the cheap eBay / Amazon ones as the fit was crsp. I’m 5’11” and 75kg . Large is ok but I’d not want any smaller.
