Well he's been around here a long time now, 5 years or more, he never caused me any trouble. But he seems to be getting nearer to the farm now, maybe its old age not so keen on hunting, smelling the geese in the farmyard. It would be a sad day if it ended, grown quite fond of the old warrior, & I certainly noticed a near absence of dog foxes on the farm. Hmm, Old Longarse pushing the boundaries & pushing his luck.View attachment 446058View attachment 446060
100 percent, saw him in daylight the other day, he's magnificent. Strange after 50 years of killing foxes I made a kind of truce with one.You think its the same one Mr Tree ?

Another dog fox in the back field for me last night

My cosy attic room shooting probably isn't going to happen this year. The farm at the bottom of the garden has let the shooting to a syndicate, and they are having a few "Disco Nights" out after the foxes... jukebox blaring and lights/giggles aplenty.Another out the window tonight. 3 in 3 nights!
They might come knock on you when they've not shot a fox all winter!and they are having a few "Disco Nights" out after the foxes... jukebox blaring and lights/giggles aplenty.
I'm not holding my breath, Ben.They might come knock on you when they've not shot a fox all winter!
