Out last night.

Absolutely lovely night. Owl watching, bats everywhere. See two off me again next to the chicken ranch. Kind of know where they are living now. Ironically on one of the local hunt supporters land....!

It must be all that gay body lotion you use!
You smell like a big sweet flower to them or something!
I just get flies buzzing around me because I smell like a man, **** in other words....

Hey that reminds me. A friend was telling me how the hounds were trailing a fox and some lads on a 360 were listening and watching from the cab when suddenly from nowhere the fox appeared and crawled under the 360 and hid.
The hounds came through but lost its scent amongst the diesel and oil every present on an old 360!
Clever fox.

Out tonight.

Rabbit night tonight , not a breath of wind but 1st time shooting these fields this season.

Rabbits sat lovely even with the noise of the HMR.

Only shot 3 fields , hard work finding them in a stubble field, but only lost 2.

Ended on 43 so not too bad.

33 and 34 last night.

Quick wander around the first farm but towards the end I could hear a vixen calling like mad on the next farm across. Set the caller up and we had a call off for 5 mins until she came steaming down the field, over the lane and into the field I was in. She dropped about 50 yards to a bib shot. This is why we use electronic callers

Onto the next farm and spotted one across the small valley. Dropped it about 130 yards but its a long walk to get it ...so I didnt bother for the sake of a photo and got the farmer to do it this morning instead :)👍. Nice to be back out after a couple of weeks off the foxes.

Someone off here who I know well was very rude about me not going to get the fox and implied Im a lazy ...something rude...well I suppose the truth hurts sometimes
