Out last night.

Where abouts in Y Gogledd is he running that head of ewes?
As middle of Mid Wales as you can get, between Newtown and Llandrindod... no shortage of foxes about, although after lambing is over and the lambs are strong enough I leave them be, unless mother looses a chicken or two!

They lamb all the Welsh ewes out, as if they come into the sheds they go downhill; doesn't suit them at all and its those flocks, particularly the yearling welshies (not the best first time mums!!) that Mr Fox plays havoc with.

Its feral up there mate

On a serious note that general area is stunning 👍...not including Newtown in that statement of course (I can say that as I used to live there lol)

12&#13.
One needed the dog to find. Shot a bit far back 🤦.
Jess soon found it and it had departed.
It was missing it's tail tip I noticed

13 was a nice 143yd shot but I forgot to record. Large vixen.
Seen another in the distance as well.

You're going well SD. Just baited an area where I saw 🦊 last week. Just need a dry night , absolutely lashing down tonight.

#9 8.05pm came in from behind me so v hasty shot off fence post as no chance to deploy sticks. Big vixen.
Waded though a swamp to retrieve her despite being on a good slope. Saw 3 more. Two out of bounds and another a v long way away which could not hear my Best caller.
First serious foray since 20th Jan.

One for me tonight - NO 2
Little vixen - spent 2 hours watching her in and out of cover

Great to get out and not be drowned - saw lots of stuff making the most of it too - woodcock - snipe - ducks all over - 6 deer in the same field as me hardly moved all night
No pics   film crew busy :lol:💋
