Along with your Parker Hale A29 mount you should have the Parker Hale BA-24 scope rail, if you remove the rail that’s already on your mount there should be only two holes in your mount they are the holes that you screw the BA-24 scope rail to. Then your scope rings should fit.

All the parker hale stock was bought by Norman Clark of Rugby when P.H shutdown.
They are on the Internet and would be your first port of call.
