Knife details are SF100 to 59-60HRC, a full flat grid to the handle and meticulously hand sanded to 1200 grit satin.

Total length of knife 30cm with a 17.5 cm cutting edge.

The secondary bevel is 15 degrees accurate to .2 degrees. Polished to a razor sharp mirror edge after diamond honing to 2 micron.

Handle is super tough Crazy Fibre with blue G10 liners and completed with blue G10 pins.
