Nice . I've seen a few just like it over the years . They are belgian made and were marketed under other names , Lefauxcheux for example . While far from common , they do turn up from time to time . They are considered a non firearm here , it might not be the case where you are though . Either way , an interesting piece of history .More pics
Have a word with your local garda. The Superintendant can issue a letter of authorisation to possess an antique pistol but some of them may want it deactivated.Its an unusual thing
I think the pistol must have come in differing grades , google throws up lots of variants including ones exactly the same as this particular one !Definitely worth a few bob in the right auction. Condition is obviously an issue to a degree and I'd say those aren't the original grips, both of which will have a bearing on price.
I think all pinfires are obsolete calibres in the UK so it doesn't need a ticket unless you intend to fire it. Haven't got a scooby about the position in the ROI, but wherever you are it'll be worth checking to ensure you stay the right side of the law rather than rely on folk on here.
