Which one? There’s a lot you can do to make a Ruger 10/22 cycle without too much racket, starting with swapping the steel bolt-stop pin for an elastomer one.
I have a Browning Buckmark S/A .22LR - blowback action- its very loud (relative to a wel moderated B/A .22LR using subs...)

Cool rifle — I’ve always wanted one of those!

Not sure what options there are to reduce the bolt-slam noise for the SA22, but the impact of the bullet on target is now the loudest element of my moderated 10/22 after putting in a soft bolt pin.

Edit: Somehow I missed the Buckmark part and read that as the SA22 rifle. It’s a fantastic pistol, but there’s definitely some inherent noise.

There are no options, Buckmark or 10/22 wise, to reduce the bolt slap much. Even a polymer bolt stop pin doesn't do much. Will the sound of impact be louder than the bolt slap with a polymer pin? Yes. But you will still have the bolt slap sound regardless of the pin used.

And this is coming from a guy that has been down this road, and has 7 10/22's in various configurations, from .22LR to 17Aguila to 17 Mach II. It is inherent to the design; they will make a loud noise as the bolt travels back and stops. Period.

You can add polymer pins, radius bolts, add spring tension to the hammer (which will retard the bolt); it will make no practical difference. When suppressed, you will still get action noise. A bolt action will always be the quietest option.
