Post your rifle setup including weight

Where's all the other guys using military or military derived rifles at? Enfields and ARs etc. Its always good fun to upset the fuds and purists.
I hunt with a few milsurps like Lee Enfield No 1s and No4s , Mosin Nagant Sniper Rifles and a number of others . Fully kitted out , they still weigh less than most rifles listed here . I did use a Browning 1918 A2 that was converted to semi auto to take a White-Tail a number of years ago . Strangely enough it didn't weigh much more than a lot of the rifles in this thread , hmm .

Here is my Mauser M225 in .308. Fitted with a Kahles 6x42 helia. Steel tube. This beast is 10.5 lbs. It feels like it too. Built like a tank and you sure know your carrying a rifle. Eats up the Sako 123grn soft points and is very accurate with them. It’s a great rifle.

Couldn’t get on with the balance and weight of a Diavari 6-24X56 perched on my S90 so have gone back to a period correct 70’s setup using a surprisingly bright & sharp(ish) 1” Redfield:

I have the same scope on a H&R 340 ( Zastava 98 ) in 06 , it may be old , but it's a reliable and clear scope . Gorgeous rifle by the way . Speaking of gorgeous old rifles , a friend dropped by with a new purchase , a Wickliffe 76 . If I remember correctly , you had one at one time , as did I . He brought it over just to taunt me the B******d . It's the first one I've seen in a very long time .

Borden Alpine 243, Sunny Hill bottom metal, stainless bases custom made for Optilock rings, stock (if I remember correctly) is a Bell and Carlson which despite the bedding block I had pillar bedded. All work by Neil Mckillop. With the Meopta 6-18x50 it weighs in at 9lb 7oz.
I remember when Neil made those bases, lovely job
