"An estate I manage in N.Ayrshire requires a pest controller to carry out pest control one day a week. There is a possibility for the controller to be paid for this service following negotiations.

Basically, we are looking for someone who can control everything from Rabbits, Pigeons and Crows through to Roe Deer and Foxes. The estate is roughly 300 acres, in a sensitive area and has a heavy public presence during the day.

Good luck with your search, although I would be careful about approaching estates where established stalkers are already operating. Moving in or trying to take someone else's ground is not to be recommended in the stalking world it will make you a lot of enemies.

To be fair, he has already stated he is not looking to usurp local stalkers.

I struggle to understand why someone should show some sporting brotherly "loyalty" to a syndicate operating in an individual's locale who are often based at the other end of the UK. That seems to me to be the wrong way round, i.e. the distant syndicate has effectively stood on the individual's toes by taking up his local stalking ground, by paying money of course.......

I am on here as a private individual, looking for unaccompanied Deer stalking or leases and decided to see if anyone in the area was keen to set up a syndicate. I gather your not keen then.... I am not entirely sure why you even bothered commenting and what your point is? What's the difference in if I had written essays and had posted 200 posts a year or only posted 30 times with one sentence. I am only on here to purchase equipment, stalking and to advertise the same, not on her to socialise I have a life.

Thanks, I wouldn't move in someone elses ground anyway only if the owner indicated they where having problems. As far as enemies goes, merely putting a post on here seems to get you a few....

Ignore the snide and the jealous lad. Do what you think is right. Sad thing is when you are dealing with people's passion rational thought goes out the window. It's amazing some of the things actually written on this site. Just as well people are using aliases for want of a better word. I wonder if they write the same sort of things on other social media sites? I would hope not.
