Has anyone got any experience of the PPU, lead free offering?
I seem to be getting somewhere with the Nielsen 140gr bullets through my .308, but the price is a killer.
The PPU come in at les than £1 a bullet, which is much more agreeable.
Sorry to bump this but I'm really keen to hear from anyone with real experience of these.
I've tried peregrines, and ttsx, ok results. Looking to try virtus. However if I'm shooting live quarry I would really like to put a significant amount of them down range and the z grom really appeal.
I have used the lead GROM for several years on boar in both .30 and 7mm, both performed well so I will be interested in the results of the non lead version, been looking at them in Kranks and been tempted but I have 40 rounds of the .30 calibre to use up first (this could be 1-3 boar seasons depending on luck).
