Hi,
I tried to download the latest firmware to my Pulsar Telos XQ35 Which then led to problems with not being able to access any of the menus. This is the second time this has happened to me when updating firmware to this device, first time i had to send back to Thomas Jacks for them to probably do the below. Why can't they not just tell you this in the first place.
Please see comment from Pulsar direct, and fixed my issue, my pulsar now running the latest firmware
Try resetting firmware as follows, and then reinstall it.
First of all, please fully charge the battery and follow the instructions as below:
• Turn off the device if it’s on.
• Press and hold three buttons simultaneously: UP, DOWN and MENU.
• Short press the power button TURN ON while still holding the three buttons.
• A message "UPDATE SERVICE" will appear on the screen. Now you can release the buttons.
