Got home the other day to find one of mine had made a huge hole in the duvet and I mean huge .
Please tell us it won the shoot sweep too. Some years ago I had a GSP that must have thought I was under paid it grabbed the bag with all the beaters wages from the keeper and brought them to me.
My mates old lab ‘Morag’ would wander round the bar when we were in, getting a scratch behind the ear from everyone. Every so often she would come back to check on us, quite often she would go straight to Fred with a tenner or fiver that had been dropped unnoticed. He never trained her, she just started doing it as a young dog and he wasn’t going to stop her !One of my Spaniels years ago, one weekend eat one of my socks. Luckily I got it back the following Tuesday. Same dog when out shooting miles from anywhere brought me back a ten pound note. True.
This wasn't near heath charnock was it by any chance? One of my Spaniels years ago, one weekend eat one of my socks. Luckily I got it back the following Tuesday. Same dog when out shooting miles from anywhere brought me back a ten pound note. True.
Not saying anything until my solicitor gets here. But got to admit the dogs reputation became famous this side of the hill for extracting money from the tykes. This wasn't near heath charnock was it by any chance?
I was out walking one morning years ago when I was mugged by a spaniel near heath charnock. It took my last tenner.
You chose well what went into creating that lurcher!Back 30 plus years ago I had a lurcher that would wait until we were 2 fields away from the farm I was living at at the time, the lurcher would bolt back to the farm house open the back door and steal whatever was cooking on the oven, he would even pull the grill pan out to steal bacon. He did not make me very popular at the time.
Not sure cost me £5 & 10 tabsYou chose well what went into creating that lurcher!
