Read it all .So that article you posted supports what I said : Exercise positively affects testosterone levels
Your body moves to repair exercise damage, and releases test as part of the process, this is a short term thing. (This is widely accepted by health and lifestyle professionals)
Exercise does not boost test production in the long term, which is what you stated, and can actually have a detrimental effect on older men, as far as their test production is concerned.
To clarify , besides hypogonadism drugs, there is no way of increasing testosterone production in older men in the long term.
