Pulsar Digex C50

I have the above scope which I bought from a Forum member.
My problem is that I can not get it to work through the menus and zero correctly. I have followed the instructions in the booklet and the menus do not seem to work the way they are meant to. I am beginning to wonder if it is a fault with the scope.
If I am doing something wrong perhaps someone can point me in the right direction. Ideally I would like to meet in person almost any where in Scotland someone who is an expert on these scopes who can help me zero it.
I really like the view through the scope and just want it to zero.
I would add that I am not exactly a beginner having held a Firearms Certificate since 1970 and am qualified Levels 1 and 2.
HELP PLEASE.

Been in the same position as you.
Although this is the thermion it should work for you

I found the zero process in the manual is not intuitive or in the correct order.
Youtube videos helped me.

London to Edinburgh rifles? Obviously perhaps spend some money there too, but they can likely talk you through it
