Recommendations for a sharpening stone for flat grind blades

Any recommendations for a one size grit make or brand oil Stone for flat grind blades that I can use \ store in the trucks Pandora’s box to give a blade just a sharp, not a damaged blade but just a dull one that needs just a little more than a strop

Guessing 800/1000 grit + and best lubricant

Why don't you want a diamond stone? Those little folding DMT jobbies sound perfect for your application of a quick hone in the field or truck for an edged tool that has lost its cutting edge. You can open them out, put the belly of the knife on your knee or the edge of the window or whatever and then just move your hand back and forth at the same angle over the edge. Nice and easy.
