I have had that many PMs of support over this while I have been down south visiting family, I will now clear some out so you can contact me.

This is my last post on the matter.

As Malc has pointed out this site is probability unique in that it is a place that people can visit and find stalking advertised, it is without a doubt the main reason a lot of people join the site, you have only got to look at the number people that’s first post say “ looking for stalking.” The fact that stalking is available on here must be one of the reasons for it success.

So looking at the bigger picture it is important for the site to continue to encourage the advertising of syndicate places/stalking and those that are making the offers don’t get a hard time, I guess that if a few innocents get burnt then that is the price of the continued success of the site, that is situation that I personally understand and fair enough the site’s welfare is the most important thing as it does far far more good for stalkers that harm.

With HH offer the only really important thing is will the syndicate shoot 40 to 50 deer? If they do then I will owe HH an apology, if not then those that have joined the syndicate will have been warned. Time will tell. Of cause the value of a syndicate can not only be judged by the number of deer shot but it is the primary reason for joining a syndicate.

As has been suggested perhaps a post for newbies that can become a sticky which gives information for what to look out for when joining a syndicate would be of value to the site, I don’t mind starting one although I am sure that there are others that will have much to add to that post as well.

I have read this thread and it is interesting to any one who would like to take a lease on in the future. This site dose offer stalking regularly and that is a very good thing. The site dose not charge the advertiser knowing that its members are benefiting. But may i say what would be a good idea is a set of advertising guide lines for leases. I also do not think that discussions about a lease or its price will ever put a genuine advertiser off placing and advert.

Accurate Cull figures

Dose any one else have access to the stalking EG clients with lease holder.

If any of these are missing then the buyer has a chance of getting miss sold a bit of ground and that will not look good on the site.

The guy is offering stalking, something that is like hen's teeth. Why have a go about cull figures, area's or try and take the ****? If you think its no good or not for you then leave it be. All your doing is putting folk off from trying to help other members get a bit of ground and a start.
