Can some kind person with the woodleigh reloading manual please look up the work up load range for varget with 286 grain Woodleigh 286 grain 9.4 partitions

I'm making the most of powders I have in reserve in case I can't get more powder in the near future :-|

I can look it up in QL but would appreciate a cross ref with the woodleigh data

Many thanks

John

John you've got me curious. I've never loaded Woodleigh's but I've looked at their website a few times and presumably you are asking about their 9.3mm (.366") bullets. They mention a Weldcore soft nose and a protected point bullet in this weight. Which were you thinking of when you say partition?

Presumably you are loading for a 9.3x62 or is it some other 9.3mm cartridge, e.g. 9.3x63 or 9.3x74r ?

I've got a load of these and have not yet reloaded for woodleigh

They look like they will work so thought I'd start gaining some reloading knowledge on them for my 9.3 x 62

I had forgotten about that route of enquiry

Many thanks for the nudge

It is generalised for any bullet of that weight but a great place to start

thanks again

Many thanks for this Mike

I managed to buy another 2 tubs of RL 17 yesterday which is no longer made but is what I'm currently using for nosler 286 grain 9.4s

I was hoping o see RL 17 on that list but hey ho - it gives me some ideas to work with

Thanks again

John

PS - does the book give over all cartridge length for the weldcore RN SN by any chance?

Hi John

Drop a line to Lovex and Reload Swiss.

Reload Swiss will send you quick load data if they don't have it and Lovex sent me load data when I asked about Nosler Accubond (wanting a lighter, slightly flatter shooting deer bullet)
