Beds Cambs & Herts have just turned around my coterminous renewal (my first) in 41 days. Measured from point of submitting the online application to receiving new certificates.

This included an increase to ammunition and one additional slot for another rifle.

Having found this site very informative and read some horror stories I thought it good to share that my experience was a good one. Hoping others are getting a similar experience now.

Getting the medical forms signed by my GP took 21 days and cost £50

They did mine extraordinarily quickly too. I was concerned about the probability of having to store my firearms, because they were suggesting 9 months, and wouldn't provide an extension beyond 2 months

In the end, even though I got my renewal application in mid March, had it all back mid April, nearly two months early !!!!
