Reticle for Astigmatism

Just wondered if there was any particular wisdom about reticles fro astigmatisms.

I am aware of the issue with red dots and get a squiggle with the illuminated reticle on my Leaped, but if the brightness is set right it is time.
I am more thinking about non illuminated reticles. I looked through a night force with a central dot instead of crosshairs and found it much easier to distinguish when looking at targets.

Has anyone with astigmatisms found something that works particularly well for them?

Ive got specs that sort it, never noticed an issue when wearing them

Me too and contacts that I wear when shooting, but they never make it perfect and I still find myself having to squint a bit.

Had relatively bad astigmatism all.my days, worn specs since I was 4, zero issues with scopes. Have also used handguns with red dots no problem. Not much help really, sorry.
