Reusing the plastic bullet clips

I use RWS and Norma factory loads and the bullets come in the plastic clips/mags in the box. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do with these other than simply throw them away? My weekly recycling collection won't accept them! Interesting to note that the manufacturers are heavily invested/ investing in non lead ammo yet sell all their stuff in plastic clips!! Looked online at alternative uses but can't really see anything.

Use them to stack ammo in the safe or store prepped brass.

A lot of people also use them as convenient way to carry rounds in the field without rattling.

If they are the black or red 5 round clips they aren't plastic they are eco friendly something or another.

It even says on the box you can use them as fire lighters.

I all ways put the spent rounds back in plastic sleeve and box as I reload but all so handy to sell or pass on

I didn't think of advertising them either as I wouldn't have thought people would want them. Will do that in future though. I have kept all my brass so have a whole box of the stuff!

I use 30-06 and .243

270 would fit fine into the the 30-06 ones. Same head size. (See what happened there)

I had no idea there would be so much interest in the clips. I've got 5x clips for 30-06 / 270. Promised the .243 ones to someone else! PM me if you're interested.
