Rifle club open day repeat guest

My rifle club runs 6 open days a year, always well attended and we get a few people join up as a result.

One teenage guest has now been a number of times. We are hoping to sign them up as a probationary member shortly, but a thought occurred - is there any limit under law on the number of times someone can attend guest days at the same club?
