Roe deer malforms

One a friend gave me one that's been on the back burner I admit. the blood staining is a bit bad needs some water treatment.

I took this "Perruque" doe of ground in S. Ayrshire last weekend.

I've never seen a "Perruque" buck first hand, so was even more surprised when the dog & I retrieved the deer from the drop-point.

Probably about 4/5yrs old and in very good condition overall.

Many years ago I took a fallow doe with a tiny single bone growing almost in the middle of the top of her skull!
I might be able one day to find the picture, it wasn’t very visible being covered by fur but showed up when I boiled it out

I've never even seen a malform in person, never mind getting a shot on 1.
