Roe feeding areas

I’ve just realised I’ve hi jacked someone else’s post here! I apologise, not the best with forums at times! Sorry Ca11um, the genetic verses habitat query is open for debate some people have varying opinions on it, I’d say if you try planting species that aren’t already there, for example honeysuckle or like others have suggested willow and the like you’ll improve the condition from where it’s currently at, if you go down the road of feeding hard feed it brings its own problems (getting them started for a start) which suggests there getting what’s required to survive, which personally I’d be opposed too, maybe putting out minerals copper/ selenium based would boost antler growth but again (artificial), if you’ve got good grass runs or firebreaks or whatever the case, you can feed the grass with some minerals ( pot ale) from the distillery industry is good for grass runs etc, that’ll boost antler growth and general condition, am just looking for hits or tips on high seat or hide type stalking as I ain’t done much, especially sika they are notorious for being difficult to get!👍🏼

As said Willow, albeit most of the ones I put out get frayed to bit's and don't take, I cut from some willows at a pond on the shoot, about a thick as your finger and just poked in damp ground if you have any, that or try cutting Ivy from above the browse line and tie onto some sticks above rabbit/hare hight, put up a trail cam and see what you get ;)
