Roe poop?

Evening all, been out on a council contract job this Evening, its on a formal gardens set up, never seen anything but roe here, but there are fallow not a million miles away, anyway I was in one of the very small rose gardens and spotted these 3 lots of poop, I've never seen roe poo like this here before, always pellets, first off I thought a rogue sheep had got in but there are none in this area. Thoughts please? Unfortunately I can not use trail cams here because of the high public foot fall.

Not the best of provenances, but a Google image search turned up something similar attributed to a roe deer in Germany.

Definitely not badger as it’s not in a latrine / hole!

Looks like sheep but I have seen roe poop like that where there is no sheep on the ground.

Old roe bucks often have coagulated clumps like that

What does it taste like....

We get a lot of roe about our place and their droppings can be quite variable so I wouldn't rule it out, does look a tad on the large size.

Any signs of wool on thorny plants, fences etc nearby?

I thought that only applied when it was about sheep?
