In short dog thieves are removing dogs from dog walkers , They have a white van with RSPCA stickers saying your dog matches a stolen dog ? in this new ploy they are taking dogs fooling the owners ! what the Police are saying is Never let your dog be taken and insist they follow you to a vets to have the dog scanned to prove ownership , also police are saying this:- The real RSPCA will ever take a dog like this . So if pos take pictures and van reg info and report this to East Kent Police Division /Kent lost dog team , they are also knocking on doors pulling off the stunts .

The RSPCA have no authority in any event.... they are a charity with highly paid CEO who is remunerated on profitability.

We all should know this but i'd bet some folk old or not would and are put under pressure by a badge and uniform and a page of BS enough to hand over anything ? thats the worry .
