Rubber butt plates

I'm looking for a rubber butt plate for a Remington 700 wooden stock as the butt plate originally installed is plastic which is disastrously slippy. Anyone know where there is a suitable one that I can screw into the stock in replacement of the existing butt plate? Didn't want the temporary slip-on recoil pads that are also on offer.

Try Limbsaver....................... I see many posts on forums about folks fitting them and I believe they do a prefit one for the Remingtons.
