Sausage maker recommendations?

I’ve actually got a Bushwear one which I’ll happily sell - used once ( now get sausages made due to lack of time).

Well lads, I went ahead and got the bushwear one. Very happy with it. Made the first batch the other day. Not sure about the casings, but I’m sure with experience I’ll find the right ones.

Nowt wrong with them , give air pockets a prick with a pin and hang to bloom over night in chiller of fridge .

Ive used a vertical drum until i bought my own, a horizontal drum. There really is very little in between them. It is best done with 2 people.
Alot easier than trying to use the mincer.

They look bloody good for the 1st attempt, Also have a go and experiment with the fillings, try adding things like cranberry, mango or even pineapple (all dried)
