Just pick up my hind. It was a cracker. Beautifully butchered. Sausages, burgers, mince, loin steaks, stew, rolled roasts. Many thanks to Scotland deerstalking. Small world our paths crossed many years ago when we were in haulage. He still has a back axle for my tipper in his workshop. Tipper long gone to knackers yard or abroad.
