But how often are they granted and why are they not included in the list of predators that need controlling?

Edit. Just had a look and can’t see a licence for conservation listed.

A FOI request would be able to tell you how many and what purpose the licenses were issued for.

I was just highlighting that licenses are available for certain purposes in differing situations.
